- Open your game folder and search for the GTA launcher
- Right Click on gta_sa.exe and Click on Properties
Different versions has different names for GTA SanAndreas launcher. look for the launcher that opens your game. Select properties as shown in the example image 1example image 1 - Once you you will open your Properties, click on compatibility.
- Than check box with “run this program as compatibility mode for“.
- Than check box with “Reduced color mode“
- Apply, Press OK and Play the game.

With the help of this method we will be reducing system usage to fix the game mouse not working error. To do so, you have to run the game first. I have make this simple for you, follow these few steps given blow.
- Open folder that contain GTA San Andreas Game files
- After that Run your game normally.
- Now once you load up your game minimize to desktop.
Press Windows + Tab to switch to desktop screen. - Right click on taskbar and select Task Manager|

- Click on “” and uncheck all CPU Boxes and let the CPU 1 be checked.
